I have downloaded this upload script in http://www.reducedcomplexity.com a while ago... but now, I cannot find where to download it.
So luckily, I have used this script for a while now (was being uploaded to my old site) and with these, I will be sharing this file to you as a sign of gratitude to the real author... Please give credits to him... not me.
What's nice with this script is that it is fully configurable and easy to use. You may also use security and upload limits to it and may specify which file types can be uploaded and emails you if someone uploaded a file.
